We Are the World Remake

Today, stars over the world are re-creating a classic. “We Are the World” produced in 1985 helped to raise funds for famine in Africa. Today, it’s being used to help raise money for the Haitian relief fund.

 Quincy Jones will be back on board as the producer of the song, just as he was 25 years ago. Though an exciting endeavor, it’s slightly bittersweet as co-writer of the song, Michael Jackson will not be there to help.

 The participating artists have not yet been released.
