It’s no secret that many of us REQUIRE a cup of coffee in the morning to get us started, myself included! Studies have shown us the negative impact of coffee on your body, such as staining your teeth, and giving you jitters. What you don’t see as much are the good things that coffee can do for your body.
For example, it’s been shown that drinking coffee before a workout can ease coffee pain. It’s also been shown that drinking coffee can improve memory and thought processes! Now if that doesn’t reaffirm my java consumption I don’t know what does! Here are a few other positive impacts from coffee consumption.
